We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We offer 30 days satisfaction guarantee and accept returns of items that are unused, and in new condition.

Please email us at info@kendallcountry.com for a Return Authorization Number before returning your package; otherwise, your return may be refused. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label. We do not accept return or exchange for products that are customized (embroidered, head press, or vinyl sticker, etc.)
